We're offering this bundle in honor of Everything DiSC's presence at the ATD International Conference & Expo, but you do not need to attend the conference or be a member of ATD to order it!

Assessment experience

When your organization is ready to get started, you and/or your account administrator will send yourselves assessment access codes. Taking the assessment will allow you to explore the Catalyst platform and unlock the admin tools you'll use to run your DiSC program.

Then, you'll send access codes to participants, which arrive in an email with a link to the online questionnaire. Participants respond to behavioral statements on a five-point scale, including application-specific questions to help determine their Workplace style and priorities. After they complete the assessment, they’ll gain access to their results and more information about the DiSC model in Catalyst.

Platforms

EPIC:

You'll need to synch your EPIC account and your Catalyst account to get started with the Catalyst Administrator Experience. This only takes a few minutes!

Catalyst:

Using your Catalyst Admin Account, you'll send your learners access codes for the Everything DiSC Workplace assessment. Once your assessment takers have completed the 30-minute assessment, they will immediately have access to their Everything DiSC Workplace profile results via the Catalyst platform. In addition, they gain access to information about the Everything DiSC model and have the ability to compare their styles with others in their organization.

What happens after purchase

Our staff will set up your EPIC account and add credits redeemable for the number of profiles you order (15 credits per profile). Setup is a manual process and may take up to 24 hours to complete.

In the future, you will buy EPIC credits which are redeemed within your account for Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst, more Worksmart, or Management and/or Agile EQ add-ons.

Catalyst Learning Modules

Participants will have access to details about their own personality styles and how their priorities and natural strengths compare to those of their colleagues in Catalyst. This information is available in 5 interactive learning modules:

Everything DiSC Worksmart

Worksmart is the latest innovation from Everything DiSC designed specifically for your managers! 3 of the 5 Worksmart modules are available now for early access:

From May 5-July 31, 2025, you can get the first three modules for only 10 EPIC credits per learner. That's a full 50% off full price! Those who take advantage of the Early access will receive the last two modules free of charge as they are released throughout the summer.

Upon the full launch of Everything DiSC Worksmart, the cost will increase to 20 EPIC Credits per learner.
