Activate administrator functions on Catalyst
Manage users and departments directly from Catalyst
New in December 2024: The Catalyst Administrator Experience! Now you can complete many common tasks directly in Catalyst, rather than from EPIC.
To gain access to the Catalyst administrator experience, you must have a Catalyst Profile and an EPIC administrator account. Then you must Connect your EPIC administrator and Catalyst account. This connection – or user mapping – allows you to access organizations, departments, learners, content, and credits all from the Catalyst Platform.
If you are a user in multiple EPIC accounts, then synchronize each of your EPIC Admin Logins with your Catalyst Profile by performing the following steps.
- Log into EPIC at admin.wiley-epic.com.
- Send yourself a Catalyst profile. If you already have a traditional Everything DiSC profile, upgrade it to Catalyst for free.
- Complete your Catalyst profile.
- Go back to EPIC.
- Click Personal Options and select My Personal Settings.
- Select Synchronize my EPIC and Catalyst users from the dropdown.
- Enter your Catalyst email address and password.
- Click Sync Users.

Each Admin will need to Perform steps 4-8 after they complete their Catalyst profile. All EPIC Admins can be synchronized with the same Catalyst Admin Experience.
You can review which administrators have synced their users from the Manage Your Account > Manage Users page. If an email address appears in the Learner Email field, then the user’s accounts have been synced. “Catalyst™ user is not Synced” appears in the field if the accounts have not been linked.
