ORDERING INFORMATION

Secure ordering with Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, and PayPal®.

Merchant listed on your card statement will be "Personality Profile Solutions."

Order online:
For your security, we accept ONLY online credit card or PayPal payment orders. We do not accept verbal, mail, email, or phone orders.

  • Credit cards may be Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express; and held by a company, institution, individual, or p-card system. Government purchase cards are accepted.
  • Online card acceptance approval is a secure bank-to-bank transaction.
  • A valid PayPal account may also be used for purchases.
  • Debit, gift, and some pre-paid credit cards may be declined by the online banking system. Please use another card if this occurs.
  • Purchase Orders accepted for existing customers with special permission only.
  • We do not offer non-profit or educational discounts. Any discounts are based on product volume purchase.
  • All orders are U.S. dollars or Canadian dollars.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders are electronically approved and payment collected when customer submits order for processing.


Order timing:

  • Orders received during business hours (9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Central Time Monday-Friday excluding U.S. holidays) are typically processed and fulfilled by Customer Service Representatives within minutes to a few hours.
  • Orders for individual profiles are processed immediately after order completion. Access code emails are automatically generated and emailed to billed email address. Orders for EPIC credits are typically processed and credits transferred within 2 hours during business hours. 
  • Orders received after hours, on weekends and U.S. holidays are typically processed and fulfilled within 12-24 hours for online products, and on the next business day for items to be shipped.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • You select the shipping urgency for your order in the shopping cart at checkout. We will ship to APO/FPO Boxes by USPS Priority Mail only.
  • Shipping charges are calculated by the shopping cart pro-rated by dollar amount of order.
  • U.S. Order Shipping: Orders received by 2 PM Central Time will typically be shipped the same day via UPS. We do not guarantee the delivery service transit time. UPS Priority Overnight delivery is also offered for orders received before 12 PM Central Time. Shipping fees within the U.S. shopping cart are US$. 
  • CANADA Order Shipping: All shipping to Canada is by UPS from the Wiley warehouse in Minneapolis, MN, USA. Shipping fees within the Canada shopping cart are CA$. Canadian recipients are responsible for all duties, customs, tariffs, broker fees, and exchange rates.
  • INTERNATIONAL Order Shipping (includes Mexico): ALL International shipping is by UPS. All payments in US$. International recipients are responsible for all duties, customs, tariffs, broker fees, and exchange rates.

REFUNDS and CREDITS

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are placed. 
  • Refunds or exchanges must be requested within 90 days of purchase.
  • Electronic profiles may only be refunded prior to use. Completed profiles and reports may not be reset or refunded.
  • EPIC credits do not expire and may be used well beyond purchase date so will not be refunded.
  • Facilitation kits are downloadable, so will not be refunded.
  • Paper profiles, books, and training tools may only be returned if they are unopened and in resellable condition. Unopened items will be refunded upon receipt of returned product.
  • Customer Service Representatives do not see credit card numbers and are unable to alter orders because they are bank-to-bank transactions. If you make an order error, please contact us immediately. 
  • We will promptly correct any errors that we make at no expense to you.

Online products are NOT "shipped" but are delivered via email. The email includes a unique coded link to your assessment. You are responsible for software and computer knowledge, capability, and compatibility, including (but not limited to) appropriate ISP and email accounts, for electronic, email, and online reports and products.

SALES TAX
Based on applicable sales tax laws, Personality Profile Solutions dba Discprofile.com will calculate, collect, and remit sales tax for orders shipped to customers in states in which Personality Profile Solutions is required. All Canadian orders placed through the Canada shopping cart will be charged the appropriate GST/HST. For more information, see Sales tax.

LIMITATIONS FOR EMAIL, WEB, OR ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
Single product access code emails are automatically delivered electronically. EPIC credits are transferred manually by a Customer Service Representative. Orders received after business hours are typically processed and fulfilled within 24 hours of order receipt.

SECURITY
To prevent international credit card fraud, your credit card information is verified by capturing IP address, CVV card code, bank bin code, verify cardholder address, phone, address compare, issuing bank, and domain server. We do not ship or process orders for countries on the U.S. sanction list. At our discretion, we may process orders and delay shipping for up to 180 days, pending international investigation, for countries known for high incidence of internet card fraud. If the order is suspicious, it will not ship, even with credit card authorization approval, pending international trade investigative clearance.
