What happens after purchase

Your facilitation kit will be sent via an email that includes the unique facilitation kit serial number. The email will be sent from [email protected]. Please allow 24 hours for receipt of the email.

You will receive an email from the Wiley faculty trainer ([email protected]) to confirm your registration and again on the course start date after which you will be able to access the Certification workspace and begin your self-study.

Certification requirements

By registering, you are committing to:

• Complete five asynchronous learning modules (approximately 3 hours of online coursework per module)
• Attend and engage in four live, instructor-led virtual sessions (2 hours each)
• Present two application projects and receive valuable feedback (group facilitation and 1:1 coaching)
• Take the final Certification Exam to measure understanding of the key Everything DiSC concepts (a passing score of 80% is required)

How do I get the credential?

To obtain your credential you'll need to achieve:

• satisfactory, on-time completion of all self-directed learning activities,

• active participation in all facilitated sessions, and

• a passing score on the final certification exam.

The final exam is the only component of the course that will be graded, though there are knowledge checks along the way. You will not qualify to take the final exam if you do not complete all self-directed and collaborative activities leading up to the exam.

Certification does not expire.

Technical requirements

• A laptop or desktop computer (Mac or PC) is preferred with Internet connectivity; tablets and phones are not always compatible with course components.
• Working computer speakers and microphone.
• Zoom downloaded and installed.

Rescheduling or cancellation

You may reschedule until two weeks prior, at which time a $100 penalty is applied for rescheduling. Certification payment is forfeited one week prior to class.

Call us immediately at 877-344-8612 (US) or 855-344-3472 (Canada) if you are registered and need to reschedule.

Previous credentials earned remain valid.

The DiSC assessment experience 

When your organization is ready to get started, you and/or your account administrator will send yourselves assessment access codes. Taking the assessment will allow you to explore the Catalyst platform and unlock the admin tools you'll use to run your DiSC program.

Then, you'll need to purchase additional EPIC credits. This will allow you to send access codes to participants, which arrive in an email with a link to the online questionnaire. Participants respond to behavioral statements on a five-point scale, including application-specific questions to help determine their Workplace style and priorities. After they complete the assessment, they’ll gain access to their results and more information about the DiSC model in Catalyst.

Everything DiSC Worksmart

Worksmart is the latest innovation from Everything DiSC designed specifically for your managers! 3 of the 5 Worksmart modules are available now for early access on the Catalyst platform:

From May 5-July 31, 2025, you can get the first three modules for only 10 EPIC credits per learner. That's a full 50% off full price! Those who take advantage of the Early access will receive the last two modules free of charge as they are released throughout the summer.

Upon the full launch of Everything DiSC Worksmart, the cost will increase to 20 EPIC Credits per learner.
