Finding your EPIC Account ID
You may be asked for your EPIC Account ID. The EPIC Account ID is the only aspect of your EPIC account that cannot be changed. We may require it, especially if you're in a large company with several EPIC accounts and we can't distinguish among accounts, or when you've changed all other information in your account.
Instructions
Sign into EPIC
Go to the Personal Options tab and select View/Edit Account Information.
Under Company Information, you'll see your Account ID just above your company name.
When ordering EPIC credits, add your Account ID to your order. That will make the addition of credits into your account more accurate.
