Adding video to PowerPoint slides

Several of the slide decks in the Everything DiSC on Catalyst Facilitation Kit reference videos. The videos have not been embedded into all the slide decks. They are all in a deck on their own.

You will need to choose the videos you want and embed them yourself if you don't want to switch between decks. Here's what we think is the easiest way.

1. If you haven't unzipped all the files from the kit and stored them on your own computer, do that now. It can take many minutes to download them all.
2. Open the PowerPoint deck you want to use. If PowerPoint opens in Protected View, you'll need to select Enable Editing. Keep this window open.
3. Locate the video you want to embed. Videos are found in the downloadable files in the Kit. You might need to search through a few folders to find them. Open the file and keep this video source window open.
4. Find the slide in the video source with the video you want to use. Right click on it and select Duplicate slide.
5. Return to the slide deck where you want the video and insert the copied slide where you want it.
