Give MyEverythingDiSC.com options to your respondents
NOTE: MyEverythingDiSC.com is in beta trial. Updates and changes could be made at any time.
EPIC provides you the flexibility to turn MyEverythingDiSC.com options on or off. You get to decide what works best for you and your client.
You'll find MyEverythingDiSC.com options have been added to Manage Reports. (If you don't see that option, contact us.)
To begin, go to MyEverythingDiSC.com Functions Add/Remove Options and select an Everything DiSC product.
The Batch Edit Report Options page is displayed, showing the options associated with the product you chose:
Set View Report Online to Yes or No or No Change (setting does not affect access to MyEverythingDiSC.com).
Add or Remove Options
To Add: First select the Enable button for Access to MyEverythingDiSC.com, and then select the individual Enable buttons for the options you wish to enable for the Respondent (My Style, My Comparisons, etc.).
To Remove: Select the radio button in the Remove column for the listed option, or select the Remove button beneath Access to MyEverythingDiSC.com to quickly remove access to the site as well as all available options.
Press the Add Reports button to search for and select the reports for which you wish to add or remove MyEverythingDiSC.com options (repeat this step to select additional reports).
The Report List section displays the selected reports and the current View Report Online and MyEverythingDiSC.com options assigned to them. Review the list of added reports and delete any by selecting the "X" to the left of the email address.
To apply your selected changes, press the Update Report Options button.
Press OK to include a custom email message, or Cancel to send the default message.
Two Custom MyEverythingDiSC.com email messages are available for you to include when you press OK; select one from the MyEverythingDiSC.com Custom Messages folder, or use your own custom message:
Once your changes are applied, the Results screen will display a summary of changes made, including whether or not an email was sent to the individual (emails are sent when report options are added, but not when they are removed).
Resend Account Information
Use this function to send a reminder email to Respondents who have an Everything DiSC profile with MyEverythingDiSC.com options, but who have not yet created/activated a MyEverythingDiSC.com account. EPIC search criteria for this function are preset to find this specific set of Everything DiSC profiles.
Go to Manage Reports | MyEverythingDiSC.com Functions | Resend Account Information
Use Search to locate and select the profiles for which you wish to send reminder emails. Use additional criteria such as Product and Folder to locate and resend only a certain group of reports.
Your selected profiles are listed for you to review. Uncheck the box for any you do not wish to send, then press the Resend Account Information button.
