The Catalyst assessment is now a more seamless experience for people using accessibility tools such as screen readers and keyboard navigation.

New feature: Get Advice on Catalyst
Get Advice on Catalyst is available within each learner’s Catalyst profile and helps organizations improve interpersonal communication at scale. With this feature, learners instantly receive personalized insights and practical strategies for connecting, collaborating, getting buy-in, and managing tension with specific colleagues. Get Advice helps learners apply DiSC to the real-world social situations they face every day.
To access, navigate to the Get Advice tile and select one of the topics:
Connecting, Collaborating, Getting Buy-In, or Managing Tension. Then, simply search for a colleague you want to understand better. Review the insights and tips, and use them to build a stronger working relationship with that colleague.

New feature: Bulk upgrade tool on Catalyst
There is now an even simpler way to upgrade your learners to Catalyst. With this three-step process, EPIC identifies which of your learners are not yet on Catalyst and the applications they are eligible to receive. All you need to do is:
- Select your learners
- Select each learner’s application upgrade and review the transaction
- Click “Upgrade”
This feature is now available for all EPIC admins.

Upgrade offer extended
Any past Everything DiSC or DiSC Classic learner can upgrade to Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst for FREE through December 31, 2024. This upgrade is available for English profiles only.

The Group Insights section now has eight different group continua to quickly visualize the group’s dynamics on behavioral scales such as tactful versus frank, logic-focused versus feelings-focused, etc.

Everything DiSC® Needs Magnetic Tags are no longer available.
November 2022
The 8 Dimensions of Leadership Map will not be available after June 30, 2023. If you have maps that you'd like to save, you'll need to download them now. We will no longer sell the Map after Jan. 1, 2023.
We will also stop selling The 8 Dimensions of Leadership book after the end of this year. It is still available from Berrett-Koehler Publishers.
We are no longer selling the DiSC Classic Facilitation Kit.
We are no longer selling or supporting DiSC Classic 2.0 Plus, Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders, or Team Dimensions. Wiley, the publisher, has discontinued these products.
Everything DiSC 363 for Leaders will be removed from EPIC on June 30, 2023.
