We are a 36 year old company who operates four divisions on a cash basis, with no debt, and no accounts receivable.  The suppliers of all our companies operate in the same manner.  We have been through several economic crises in those years.   We intend to stay in business in a vital manner, and even grow, through these difficult economic times.  Here are guidelines to help you get the lowest prices possible. Our packaging, pricing structures provide you the best Service.

ORDER ONLINE:

• We accept ONLY online credit card payment orders.

  • Credit cards may be Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express; and held by a company, institution, individual, or p-card system. Government purchase card accepted.

  • Online card acceptance approval is a secure bank-to-bank transaction with no human interface.

  • Merchant on your statement will read DiscProfile OnlineDisc DiscProfiles.com.

  • Debit, gift, and some pre-paid credit cards may be declined by the online banking system.  Please use another card if that occurs.

  • Orders are automatically, electronically, approved, processed, and fulfilled on a same day basis during business hours within parameters posted for the product or service ordered.

  • We do not accept verbal, mail, e-mail, or phone orders.
    

• We do not accept Checks, ACH transfers, EFT, or Purchase Orders. 
  We do not carry accounts receivable.  It is not necessary to set up an account to order.
  

• We do not accept or process redundant purchasing documents, unrelated to online purchasing.
