Protection of personal privacy and security has always been a hallmark of DiscProfile ™ Web Sites. Since its web sites' inception in 1998, and its start of business in 1978,  DiscProfile Web Sites has maintained the anonymity of each client unless express consent to the release of a client personal information or individual data has been provided by that respondent. In a like manner, DiscProfile Web Sites protects the identity of individuals who access its Web sites. Please read the following policy for further details as to the types of information collected through DiscProfile Web Sites, including personal information, and how it is treated.

INFORMATION COLLECTED BY  DiscProfile WEB SITES

DiscProfile ^® Web Sites gather information in two ways: (1) indirectly (for example, through our site's technology), and (2) directly (for example, when you, the site visitor, voluntarily provide information on various pages).

Information Collected Indirectly
DiscProfile Web Sites indirectly collects a variety of information pertaining to use of its Web sites. One type of this information is that which is related to site traffic volume and patterns, such as the number of visitors to a given site or page on a daily basis. Cookies

Orders

DiscProfile Web Sites request information from you on our order forms. To buy from us, and for us to provide report and other services, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address), assessment respondent information (like name and email address), and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders and to provide reports and other services. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

We are the sole owners of the information collected on DiscProfile Web Sites.  We only have access to and collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, ordering, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.  DiscProfile Web Sites will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

DiscProfile Web Sites understand the need for user privacy, and we maintain strict security procedures to protect your information. Access to user data is strictly limited to specific individuals who are trained to respect user privacy. The access given to these persons is restricted to their need of such information for business reasons. A log of those who accessed the data is maintained and monitored to prevent security breaches.

Third-Party Information Storage
Some information is stored for DiscProfile Web Sites by authorized third-party companies for the provision of services of DiscProfile Web Sites. SECURITY

DiscProfile Web Sites has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. Fault tolerance is addressed via redundant WAN links, switches, firewalls, load-balancing equipment and power supplies. Our secure servers protect sensitive data such as passwords and credit card numbers using advanced encryption and firewall technology so that your personal information cannot be read as it travels though the systems.

Assessment Data and Forms Data

Data collected from taking an assessment is kept confidential. Data maybe used for statistical analysis, but any personal information is not used for this analysis. If an employer has directed you to this site, the employer will have access to the information to be used for the purpose in which they deemed it necessary for you to take the assessment.

When you engage in certain activities at DiscProfile Web Sites, you may be required to fill out and submit an online form. Some DiscProfile Web Sites registration forms requires users to give us contact information (like their name, email, and postal address). Demographic information collected may be used for statistical analysis, but contact information will not be used in this analysis. Unique identifiers may be collected from Web site visitors at the users option to verify the user's identity.

To prevent international credit card fraud,  we verify captured IP address, CVV card code, bank bin code, verify card holder address, phone, address compare, issuing bank, domain server.  Email address must be domain, not free service.  We do not ship or process orders for countries on the US sanction list, including, but not limited to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Libya, & Sudan.  At our discretion, we may process orders and delay shipping for up to 180 days, pending international investigation, for countries known for high incidence of internet card fraud including, but not limited to:  Middle East countries, African countries, notably Nigeria and Ghana, former Soviet Republics, Eastern European countries, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, areas in China and Japan, areas in India, areas in Mexico, Central & South America, and others we are advised to add. If the order is suspicious, it will not ship, even with credit card authorization approval, pending international trade investigative clearance.
