The Personal Listening Profile^® is a 60 item paper booklet or online assessment to describe and improve listening skills. It is a learning tool that helps individuals identify and understand which of the five listening approaches they use to experience, process, organize, store, and retrieve information: Appreciative, Empathic, Comprehensive, Discerning, and Evaluative. The Listening Profile is useful in a variety of applications, including customer service, presentation skills, conflict resolution, and team-building.

It is estimated that people screen out or change the intended purpose of what they hear in over 70% of all communications. An EPIC Administrator Client account is recommended if:

NOTE: If you have a one time only project, it may be simpler to just order multiple DISC reports and a Team/Group report, in lieu of setting up an EPIC account for one time use.

How Does EPIC Work? CREDITS.

EPIC has 40+ assessments available in the system. Each assessment has a CREDIT value assigned.
You order CREDITS for your EPIC account at quantity savings less than individual access codes.
CREDITS are used for any assessment in the EPIC system.

Credits may be added at any time on an as-need basis. Credits do not expire in an existing account.

No fees, renewals, or minimums. Login must occur every 12 months. Account Email must be current
